Tristan Landgrebe
Kinesiology & Biology Tutor
Tristan Landgrebe is a third year kinesiology major on the pre-med track in the Schreyer Honors college. In addition to his studies he work in the Women’s Health Exercise Laboratory, an exercise physiology laboratory, where he contributes to research on the female and male athlete triad. Through this work, Tristan aims to advance the understanding of how energy availability, bone health, and hormonal function influence athletic performance and overall well-being. Tristan has previous teaching experience working as a learning assistant, creating study guides and practice tests for student to use as examination prep. Outside of his studies, Tristan grew up in a southern town in Pennsylvania known as West Grove, there he spent most of his free time fishing, surfing, and golfing in the summer months and snowboarding in the winter ones. After Tristan completes his undergraduate degree, he aspires to move on to medical school to continue his education into the field of medicine.
Random Fact: He has worked as a lifeguard for over four years.
