Toni is a Pennsylvania native who graduated from Saint Francis University with a degree in English/ Communication. As an undergrad, Toni was involved in numerous clubs and organizations and held various on-campus jobs. Beginning with her sophomore year, she held several student leadership roles on campus. After graduation, she worked in the service industry and in marketing, neither of which fulfilled her. Toni pursued her master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed her graduate assistantship at Penn State Altoona. Her career in higher education spans over 15 years, with a focus on student leadership development. Toni put her career on hold to raise her two wonderful sons. She has now made a career pivot, returning to her passion for working with college students as a career counselor at Susquehanna University and a career coach at Tierney Education. Toni’s purposeful life work is in the education of young adults, moving beyond graduation to their first step on their career journey. Careers are not singular or linear. And together we can prepare you for your future. When Toni is not fulfilling her mom role, she enjoys hiking, backpacking, and pickleball.

Random Fact: Toni owns an Italian scooter and can be found zooming around town when not shuttling her kids to their activities.
