Taylor Geist is a recent graduate from Western New England University but originally is from Charlotte, North Carolina. She received her degree in Forensic Chemistry with a minor in Psychology, while playing collegiate volleyball. Currently, Taylor is furthering her education here at Penn State for a Masters in Forensic Chemistry. She has been very involved in tutoring as she worked in the Math Center at her undergraduate university and was a TA for both General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. Taylor enjoys helping others understand and feel confident in classes that may seem daunting because watching as a student becomes passionate about a class they used to be frustrated with is one of the most rewarding things. Outside of the academic world, she loves to coach volleyball, travel, read, and play guitar.
