Owen Strickler is a fourth-year Penn State student majoring in Mechanical Engineering and minoring in Engineering Leadership Development. He is from York, PA, and he chose Penn State because of the strong engineering program and huge number of opportunities. Owen is involved in the Penn State club cross country team, where he spends time running with friends. He has had multiple engineering internships, focusing on HVAC systems, hydro-turbine development, and running a nuclear power plant. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, exercising, and spending time with friends. He is excited to join the Tierney Education team and looks forward to helping students in their academic endeavors.
