Jac's journey as a tutor began in high school, where students she did not even know would ask for her help with their math homework. Her enthusiasm for mathematics only grew as she discovered the joy of imparting her knowledge to others.

After completing her BS in Mathematics at UC Irvine, she joined her first tutoring company, solidifying math education as an integral part of her life.

During her time at UCI, Jac also fell in love with the world of improv comedy. The allure of improv drew her in, and she found that she enjoyed teaching it just as much. For over a decade now, improv and math tutoring have been foundational aspects of her life, often surprising both her fellow improvisers and students. To her, it all connects through a common thread of asking, "If this is true, then what else is true?"

Jac firmly believes that anyone can excel in math when guided by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructor who listens to their needs and fosters a safe learning environment. Her mission is to be exactly that—a dedicated educator who empowers her students to unlock their mathematical potential.

Random Fact: She learned a handful of Japanese to prepare for her Honeymoon to Japan, and it was very helpful!
