I am Honey Patel, a senior majoring in Mathematics and minoring in Statistics with an actuarial science specialization. I am from India and plan to work as a full-time actuarial analyst upon graduation. At Penn State, I am currently involved in the Actuarial Science Club as an International Student Ambassador. I am passionate about mathematics and am working part-time as a teaching assistant for RM course and grader for the Undergraduate Mathematics department of Eberly College of Science. Back in India, I used to compete at the state level in lawn tennis. I have been a part of a study abroad program in my high school with the opportunity to study in Germany. I like to listen to music, watch thriller movies, cook food and spend time with friends although you would find me way ahead of my assignments and homework!

Random Fact: I attended a 7 day long meditation camp where I did not speak or smile!
